We are seeking customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist trade partners, consumers, and internal teams through phone, chat, and email.
Daily responsibilities include handling inbound calls, assisting consumers with service-related questions, providing basic troubleshooting guidance, and scheduling service appointments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities & Schedule
- Work a full-time, 40-hour schedule.
- Availability Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Pay rate: $16.50 per hour.
- Provide professional and courteous customer support.
- Assist customers with questions, service requests, and appointment scheduling.
- Previous virtual call center or retail customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly within the Google environment (Gmail, Sheets, Chat, Forms, etc.).
- Experience using customer service platforms such as eCRM, Alvaria, Salesforce, or Genesys.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
