We are seeking a dependable, detail-driven Office Coordinator & HR Representative to manage our clients front office and core HR operations in Schwenksville. In this role, you will support both daily administrative functions and field operations during emergency water, fire, and storm remediation projects.



salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• HR & Onboarding: Screen applicants, schedule interviews, run background checks/drug screenings, and onboard new technicians.
  
  
• Timekeeping & Payroll: Review daily digital punch logs, verify field overtime hours, and prepare bi-weekly payroll submissions.
  
  
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain employee records, track IICRC/OSHA certifications, and assist with workers' comp reporting.
  
  
• Office & Operations Support: Answer incoming calls, coordinate front-desk logistics, assist dispatch during storm surges, and order warehouse and PPE supplies.
  
  
• Job File Support: Review and organize job documentation, technician notes, and subcontractor paperwork for insurance claims.
