Serve as front-line administrative support for members and providers, resolving inquiries and explaining care protocols. Facilitate onboarding by sending welcome packets, correspondence, and educational materials. Maintain accurate, non-clinical member records in compliance with regulatory and state standards. Collaborate within a specialty authorization team, managing daily production logs and cross-functional tasks. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in a managed care environment or working with vulnerable populations with chronic/complex health conditions. digital proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel), Zoom, and web applications across multiple monitors. Excellent telephonic communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. LPN, LVN, or LCSW background is a plus.
