Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across Operations and business support functions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and market conditions.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates against job requirements and organizational needs.
- Present qualified candidates and facilitate hiring manager interviews.
- Manage offer negotiations and support candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting strategies, talent availability, candidate qualifications, and market insights.
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and recruiting expertise.
- Build relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure an effective and positive hiring experience.
- Consult with hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking, documentation, and workflow management within Workday and other recruiting systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting procedures.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage data to drive recruiting effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service and attention to detail.
