As a CNC Operator you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our advanced CNC machines, ensuring the precise machining of critical components according to strict specifications. Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Loading raw materials, tooling, and fixtures; inputting or loading CNC programs.
- Operation: Monitoring machine operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure part quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspecting parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintenance: Performing routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting. Reporting major issues to maintenance personnel.
- Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Completing production logs, quality control sheets, and other required documentation accurately.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving minor operational issues, optimizing machine performance.
