The Performance Coach will be responsible for managing attendance using a timeclock and floor audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervision, training , coaching, or a related field.
- Familiarity with employee evaluation techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular evaluations of employee performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Track and correct attendance occurrences in a timeclock
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
