Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Core Repairs: Troubleshooting and repairing manual mills, lathes, presses, and laminators.
- Operate manual mill and lathe machines
- Systems Expertise: Performing diagnostic and repair work on pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Total Maintenance: Executing routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize downtime, alongside tackling major emergency overhauls.
- Safety & Precision: Maintaining a clean and safe workspace while documenting all repairs and parts used.
- If you have experience in flexographics that is a huge plus
- Proven Experience: background in industrial maintenance, specifically with manual machining equipment.
- System Knowledge: Deep understanding of fluid power (hydraulics/pneumatics) and mechanical power transmission.
- Availability: Ability to work the standard 7-3 shift, with the flexibility to take on overtime and weekend work to support production goals.
- Welding/Fabrication: Proficiency in welding is a major plus for custom repairs.
- Electrical: Experience with electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Material Handling: Experience maintaining or operating forklifts
