Key Responsibilities
- Production Machinery: Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This includes AC/DC theory, motor controls, PLCs, gearboxes, and pumps.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute detailed inspections and calibrations. Your goal is to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime, utilizing electrical testing equipment with high accuracy.
- Facilities Oversight: Maintain and install building structures and critical systems, including boilers, chillers, and air handling units, while adhering to all building codes.
- Operational Setup: Prepare and set up sophisticated production lines for scheduled runs to ensure total accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Kaizen events and support 5S projects to foster a culture of sustainability and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Main activities
1. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled
maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine shutdowns.
2. Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
3. Performs mechanic level skills including, but not limited to; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic
troubleshooting, repair of Pharmaceutical packaging and production line machines.
● Electrical skills include: AC/DC theory and analysis, Power Distribution, Motor and Machine control
circuits, and familiarity with PLC’s.
● Mechanical skills include: Pump and gearbox repair, Millwright practices, Sheetmeal work,
Pipefitting, and Welding.
4. The ability to read, interpret equipment manuals and work orders to insure correct maintenance repairs and
equipment service is completed.
