As an Aerospace Assembler, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of flight-critical components. This isn't your standard assembly line; you will work with tight tolerances, advanced composites, and specialized fasteners to build the backbone of next-generation Aerospace. You will be the final line of defense in ensuring safety and structural integrity. We give significant raises in the first year, and are looking for someone that would like to stay long term. Physical & Safety Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  
  
• Strict adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety protocols.
  
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (U.S. Export Control/ITAR compliance may apply).

Responsibilities

• Precision Integration: Assemble complex mechanical, structural, and fluid systems according to detailed blueprints and CAD models.
  
  
• Quality Mastery: Perform self-inspections and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches) to ensure every tolerance is met.
  
  
• Hardware Installation: Install specialized fasteners, bushings, and seals using pneumatic tools and manual techniques.
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain rigorous production logs and "as-built" records to ensure full traceability for every component.
