Responsibilities
- Batch Compounding: Accurately follow Master Batch Records (MBR) to blend, mix, and manufacture creams, lotions, and gels.
- Precision Weighing: Use industrial scales to weigh out raw materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in measurements.
- Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean large-scale manufacturing equipment (tanks, mixers, homogenizers, and pumps).
- Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of batch logs, cleaning logs, and inventory usage.
- Sanitization: Perform thorough "Clean-in-Place" (CIP) and manual sanitization of tanks and lines between batches.
