Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure site team delivery of specified contract performance. Evaluate operating systems for scope impact and facilitate quotations for site improvements.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client. Address and resolve customer issues arising from service delivery.
- Personnel Leadership: Full lifecycle talent management including hiring, training, and evaluating 8–9 staff members (Warehouse and Buyers). Conduct annual/quarterly performance reviews.
- Financial & Admin: Direct oversight of purchasing and inventory AP. Track operational issues and monitor monthly performance reports.
- Communication: Advise the COO and upper management on emerging site issues. Present data-driven insights in one-on-one and small group settings.
