We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and subassemblies in accordance with strict industry standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in high-reliability environments and holds current J-STD and IPC-A-610 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic components, harnesses, and cable assemblies per engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform soldering and wiring in compliance with J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation accurately
• Conduct inspections and basic functional testing of assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, reporting discrepancies to engineering or quality teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements specific to aerospace manufacturing
• Document work completed, including test results and any deviations
