Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, blast, and degrease metal parts to ensure proper adhesion.
- Masking/Racking: Apply masking tape or plugs to protect specific areas from coating and hang parts on conveyor lines.
- Powder Application: Operate electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings, ensuring correct thickness and color as per specifications.
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect finished parts for defects, coverage, and proper adhesion.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand blueprints, technical specs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 50+ lbs.
- Attention to Detail: High precision to ensure consistent quality and color accuracy.
- Safety Adherence: Strict compliance with PPE (respiratory protection) and safety protocols.
- Experience: Previous experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing is often preferred. sincoinc.com +6

- Environment may involve noise, dust, and, in some cases, high heat from ovens.
