- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular services and routine maintenance procedures on motors, conveyor systems, and transmission systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Installation: Assist in the installation and calibration of new industrial equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct routine safety checks and ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports regarding repairs, part replacements, and machine performance.
- Operational Excellence: Read and interpret engineering blueprints to execute precise repairs and modifications.
- Systems Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
- Multi-Disciplinary Skills: Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and electrical systems.
- Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Advanced ability to identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical failures.
- Soft Skills: Basic computer proficiency for reporting and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and manipulate heavy equipment and parts.

Responsibilities
Ability to perform regular services and maintenance procedures, troubleshoot, repair equipment breakdowns, install new equipment.
. Service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems and production related equipment.
. Ensure the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
. Read and interpret engineering blueprints.
. Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks, excellent troubleshooting skills.
. Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
. Good familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
. Basic computer and report writing skills, excellent communication skills.
. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
