Job Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of robotic equipment and high-speed automated production lines.
- Monitor Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) to identify, clear system faults, and navigate complex control software.
- Execute mechanical and electrical repairs on power transmissions and PLC-controlled systems across multiple onsite buildings.
- Utilize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to document work orders, track maintenance data, and manage technical parts inventory.
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience (relevant military or technical education may be considered).
- Proficiency in reading electrical/mechanical schematics and troubleshooting PLC or automated control systems.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (3-on/4-off) and provide additional coverage during peak demand periods.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to work independently as the primary mechanic on shift.
