You will lead a dedicated team of six production specialists, ensuring that our workflow is seamless, our quality is unmatched, and our deadlines are met. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 6 production and finishing specialists. Manage daily schedules, performance, and professional development.
- High-Level Production: Oversee the operation of wide-format printers, cutters, and laminators. Act as the final point of quality control for all banners, vinyl, and signage.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage the entire production queue. You’ll be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, improving efficiency, and ensuring clear communication between the production floor and the sales/installation teams.
- Installation Strategy: Coordinate with install crews to ensure materials are organized and ready. Occasionally lead or assist with high-profile or complex installations.
- Asset Management: Oversee inventory procurement, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all equipment is maintained on a strict schedule to minimize downtime.
