We are seeking a high-caliber Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our Jacksonville team and serve as a cornerstone of our production efficiency. In this role, you will do far more than routine repairs; you will act as a process optimizer, utilizing your deep expertise in CNC machinery, hydraulics, and PLC systems to ensure our facility operates at peak capacity. The ideal candidate is a technical "rockstar" with a "fix-it-once" mentality, capable of diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical failures while proactively identifying redundant steps in machine cycles to drive ROI. You must be proficient in MIG welding, fabrication, and strict LOTO safety protocols, bringing a proven track record of reducing downtime and enhancing daily throughput. If you have the industrial IQ to transform 45-second cycles into 35-second victories and the physical stamina to lead on a fast-paced plant floor, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be the backbone of our production facility. You will oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and precision repair of complex machinery, ensuring our daily throughput hits record levels while keeping downtime at zero.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize Production Cycles: Analyze machine sequences to identify and eliminate redundant steps, turning "business as usual" into "peak performance".
  
  
• Master Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair a diverse fleet of equipment, including CNC machines, high-speed saws, glass washers, and industrial plastic machinery (injection molding, extrusion, grinding).
  
  
• Proactive Maintenance: Execute rigorous Preventative (PM) and Predictive (PdM) programs to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
  
  
• System Integration: Maintain and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors, and PLC logic.
  
  
• Safety First: Champion a culture of safety by maintaining strict adherence to LOTO, PPE, and OSHA standards.
