Responsibilities
Qualifications and basic skills include but not limited to:
. Prior management/supervisory experience, ability to plan, organize, supervise, inspect, and evaluate work of subordinates; experience in a hospital like setting preferred.
. Ability to maintain productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate linen services to assure that care and services are performed without interruption.
. Excellent sense of urgency with ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines within critical care environment.
. Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills.
. Flexible and available to work non-standard hours if needed.
. Detail and goal oriented to meet mutual SHSC and onsite hospital operational and financial goals.
. Ability to understand and communicate oral/written instructions in English.
. Excellent computer skills.
Good knowledge of OSHA and Public Health guidelines for universal precautions and infection control.
