The Role:

Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems used in industrial or OEM equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex equipment systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs, controls systems, sensors, and industrial automation (preferred depending on equipment type).
- Familiarity with commissioning processes, system start-up procedures, and acceptance testing.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills in high-pressure field environments.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Communication and customer service skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and testing equipment.
- Basic computer skills including service reporting, documentation, and ERP or service management systems.
- Ability to manage travel schedules, service priorities, and multiple customer assignments.
- Attention to safety practices and compliance with industrial and site-specific regulations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different customer environments and technical challenges.
