Responsibilities
- Operations & Efficiency: Skilled in prioritizing, delegating, and managing daily administrative functions to ensure smooth, high-yield facility operations.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Proficient in monitoring inventory levels, conducting thorough root-cause investigations, and correcting shipping or stock discrepancies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Experienced in recruiting, onboarding, and training diverse teams, utilizing targeted coaching to build solid succession pipelines and retain top talent.
- Performance Metrics (KPIs): Adept at interpreting complex corporate goals, effectively cascading data to frontline teams, and driving performance to consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
- Safety & Compliance: Deep commitment to team member well-being, ensuring 100% compliance with safety protocols during all daily work activities.
- Cross-Functional Communication: exceptional interpersonal skills used to bridge gaps between internal departments, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
- Asset Management: Proactive in managing facility and equipment maintenance while strategically coordinating major capital expenditures with senior leadership.
