Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: Highly competitive pay of over $50,000 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
- Location: Pennsylvania
Key Responsibilities
- Machinery Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machinery, machining centers, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Preventative Care: Conduct regular inspections and perform vital preventative maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, alignments).
- Facility Upkeep: Troubleshoot and repair general facility issues, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and basic electrical systems.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize meggers, voltmeters, and multi-meters to test, time, synchronize, overhaul, repair, and install mechanical systems.
- Heavy Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes as required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree or related training certification is highly desirable).
- Technical Expertise: Proficient understanding of the mechanical working principles of CNC machines, wire components, and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical orders.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and safely lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-10 hour shift, utilizing both hands to control production equipment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or respond to on-call issues when necessary.
- Credentials: Valid Driver's License required.
