Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible presence to deter crime and unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and potentially in a vehicle.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Control access points, verifying credentials and directing visitors.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner, following established procedures.
- Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and emergency personnel.
- Enforce property rules and regulations.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors and employees.
- Must possess a valid State of Florida "D" Security License. Applications without this license will not be considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior security experience is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
