- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate metal fabrication machinery, including tool machines, shears, brakes, and TIG/MIG welding equipment.
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to meet precise project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members from Maintenance, Wastewater Treatment, and Production to meet project objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, complying with safety protocols at all times.
- Provide regular activity updates and report issues to management.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and facility operations.
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques (cutting, welding, forming).
- Experience with fabrication machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
