Responsibilities
• Identify and assess workplace risks, developing appropriate preventive measures.
• Lead management of change processes and oversee contractor safety compliance.
• Review and analyze incident reports to determine trends and focus areas.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA and EHS regulations, coordinating OSHA 300 log updates and
submissions.
• Act as the primary liaison for external audits, including OSHA and environmental inspections.
• Conduct safety audits and promote safe behaviors through coaching and mentoring.
Develop, implement, and maintain the plant’s quality assurance program.
• Oversee document control, nonconforming product management, traceability, and corrective
actions.
• Manage customer complaint investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Utilize quality data to drive continuous improvement and support production teams.
• Ensure compliance with inspection and testing procedures, including raw material and finished
goods evaluation.
• Lead internal quality audits and collaborate with production teams on corrective actions.
• Act as the primary plant representative for customer quality concerns and external audits.
• Develop and oversee the annual safety budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
