Responsibilities

• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects as necessary
• Assist the driver with loading and unloading waste materials, ensuring safe and efficient collection.
• Help clean the truck and packer blade during landfill stops.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Assist with waste collection routes, ensuring timely and safe completion of daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including wearing non-slip safety shoes, gloves, and safety vests.
• Must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:00 AM until finish (usually 11-13 hour shifts).
• Must be on-call and available to work Wednesday through Saturday as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a work ethic.
• Must wear non-slip safety shoes, gloves, and safety vests.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor work in all weather conditions.
