Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day lab activities and procedures
- Organize and maintain lab materials and equipment
- Perform basic lab analyses and quality checks
- Collect product samples and prepare them for internal testing or external shipment
- Ensure lab cleanliness and maintain proper housekeeping protocols
- Accurately document results and maintain records within an SAP system
- Follow strict food safety standards and procedures
- Minimum 1 year of lab experience, ideally in food or beverage quality control
- Working knowledge of lab equipment, safety protocols, and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in using SAP systems in a lab or production environment (required)
- Familiarity with food safety and regulatory practices

- Experience working in a citrus oil lab or similar environment
- Associate degree, technical school certification, or current enrollment in a Chemistry, Food Science, or Engineering program
