Responsibilities
First-Class B license
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of utility maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and system updates.
- Operate and monitor boiler systems and associated equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operation, promptly identifying and resolving any issues.
- Read and record data from utility meters (gas, sewer, electric, and water), maintaining accurate logs for operational analysis and billing accuracy.
- Implement and manage Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS) and Risk Management Plans (RMP) to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure coordinated maintenance efforts and uninterrupted system performance.
- Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements, applying this knowledge to improve operations and support long-term initiatives.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
