Job Summary:
The Electrical Assembler / Solderer will be responsible for assembling and soldering electrical components, wiring harnesses, and circuit boards according to blueprints, schematics, and company standards.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electrical components using hand tools, soldering irons, and small machinery
- Perform hand-soldering of wires, connectors, and PCBs (both through-hole and surface mount if applicable)
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Inspect assemblies for quality, completeness, and proper soldering connections
- Follow all safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures
- Report any assembly issues or defective components to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
