We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 1st shift manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring safety compliance, meeting daily output goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. West Seneca, NY Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. 

salary: $70,000 - $78,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the 1st shift, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards
  
  
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production associates to meet performance objectives
  
  
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate resources to meet deadlines
  
  
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, workflow, or personnel and implement effective solutions
  
  
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift handovers
  
  
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  
  
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
