We are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate for a Metal Stamping supplier in the Manchester, TN area.  This facility has been designing and building mechanical presses for more than 70 years, and in the North American market for almost 40 years.    Do you want to want to work in a warehouse envirnment?  Do you have exceptional organization skills; drive a sit down forklift? Responsibilities

Receiving and Storing:

• Scanning and logging inventory into warehouse management systems. 

• Storing items in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization. 

• Receiving and unloading shipments, inspecting items for damage, and ensuring they are accurately recorded. 

Picking, Packing, and Shipping:

• Picking specific items from stock to fulfill customer orders. 

• Packing items securely for shipping, ensuring they are properly labeled and packaged. 

• Loading and shipping packages, often using warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. 

Inventory Management:

• Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and restock products as needed.

• Conducting inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

• Assisting with inventory audits and quality checks. 

Other Responsibilities:

• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

• Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. 

The essential functions of this role include:
