Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, or machinery according to blueprints, diagrams, or instructions.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Identify and report any faulty components or assembly issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate!
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions or blueprints.
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
salary: $35,360 - $40,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Basic computer skills - nothing technical but if they can navigate a website like Amazon, they will be fine.
Fine motor skills while working on small parts with a variety of hand tools and tweezers
Clean room experience
