The Dispatcher will play a critical role in managing all aspects of transportation for inbound and outbound orders/loads. This position requires close collaboration and communication with logistics, sales, inside sales, shipping/receiving, and external carriers to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities

• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn in-house programs
• Track and trace shipments, reporting truck delays or customs issues to relevant departments.
  
  
• Ensure delivery appointments are scheduled according to customer requirements, and verify paperwork accuracy.
  
  
• strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
  
  
• Prepare and forward bills of lading to carriers as required.
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with freight brokerage, 3PL logistics
  
  
• Knowledge of export customs documentation and experience working with customs brokers
  
  
• Understanding of purchasing and receiving processes
