As a CNC Programmer, you’ll be part of an elite engineering team working with 4- and 5-axis mills, helping to design and execute complex machining processes from concept to production. Your work will directly impact product quality, shop floor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Program and set up CNC mills (4- and 5-axis) to produce precision components
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with engineers, machinists, and quality teams
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to develop CAM programs
- Solve machining and tooling challenges to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support prototype through production release, ensuring processes run smoothly
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
