Responsibilities
- Perform hand soldering of surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components according to IPC standards.
- Inspect solder joints for defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
- Utilize various soldering tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Rework and repair defective solder joints and components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
