In this role, you'll do more than just fix equipment — you'll be a key player in driving efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in every bottle produced. salary: $64,400 - $73,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and urgent repairs to maintain production schedules and meet compliance.
  
  
• Respond promptly to unplanned mechanical issues affecting performance or safety.
  
  
• Complete assigned safety work orders and support plant safety, health, and environmental programs.
  
  
• Identify needed parts and work with purchasing to order and track them; communicate status updates to team members.
  
  
• Develop and manage spare parts inventory.
  
  
• Troubleshoot PLCs, automation, and control systems using prior experience.
  
  
• Safely operate shop tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
  
  
• Inspect, maintain, and repair plant machinery and systems (e.g., pumps, motors, valves, water treatment).
  
  
• Assist in the construction, installation, and setup of new equipment.
  
  
• Demonstrate commitment to quality, safety, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
  
  
• Uphold and promote the company’s mission and values.
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
