Responsibilities
Preparing ingredients perfectly—hitting exact times and temperatures for unbeatable dough quality.
Keep your finger on the pulse by monitoring dough temperatures and textures to ensure every batch meets our gold-standard specs.
Take control of the Sheeting Line’s flow, making sure it runs smoothly and never exceeds capacity.
Be the inventory hero—managing ingredients so production never skips a beat.
Own your data by entering mixing information accurately and on time into SAP—keeping everything running like clockwork.
Turn dough scraps into treasure by properly handling and reusing waste dough where allowed.
Keep your workspace spotless—clean, sanitized, and organized for maximum efficiency.
Wrap up every shift with thorough documentation, so the team’s success keeps rolling.
Champion safety and quality—spotting risks, reporting issues, and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
Jump in with extra tasks to support your team and keep production on point.
