About the Role:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician on our graveyard shift, you'll be responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of industrial machinery and systems. You'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity, working independently and as part of a team to keep our operations running efficiently through the night.
What You'll Do:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions quickly and effectively.
- Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts, ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address potential issues.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
