About the Role: As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and welding components to create custom products used across a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. You’ll work closely with production teams to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency in every build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
- Cut, form, and weld materials to specifications
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for conformance to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- Proven experience as a fabricator, welder, or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Skilled in MIG/TIG welding and use of cutting tools
