We are looking for skilled Industrial Sewers to market to local industry. In this role, you will be responsible for sewing heavy-duty materials to assemble high-quality product. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

esponsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch upholstery for truck seats
  
  
• Sew heavy-duty fabrics, vinyl, and/or leather according to patterns and specifications
  
  
• Align and pin patterns or templates to fabric pieces before stitching
  
  
• Inspect materials before and after sewing for defects or quality issues
  
  
• Perform accurate stitching while maintaining consistent seam allowances
  
  
• Assemble seat covers by sewing various components together (e.g., panels, trim, padding)
  
  
• Ensure quality and durability in every finished product
  
  
• Read and follow work orders, production tickets, or blueprints
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized sewing workstation
  
  
• Perform basic maintenance on sewing machines (e.g., changing needles, threading)
  
  
• Collaborate with production team members and report any issues or delays
  
  
• Meet production quotas while adhering to safety and quality standards
