Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and manage all daily production activities within designated ISO Class [e.g., 7, 8] clean room facilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to all clean room protocols, gowning procedures, contamination control measures, and environmental monitoring requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of clean room practices and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance.
- Train and enforce proper aseptic techniques and clean room behaviors among all personnel.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Schedule and assign work, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives for team members.
- Approve timecards and manage attendance.
- Work closely with the Production Manager and Planning department to develop and execute daily/weekly production schedules.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
- Ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and resources for uninterrupted production.
- Oversee equipment setup, operation, and routine maintenance within the clean room.
- Ensure all products are manufactured according to established quality standards, specifications, and cGMP/ISO guidelines.
