A growing manufacturer in Vonore, TN is seeking to add an experienced maintenance technician to their night shift operations. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair various automated production equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, washers, powder coat, assembly, and other types of machines for electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other failures.
• Working and diagnostic knowledge of three-phase electricity, diagnosis of electrical and electronic circuits/systems, read electrical schematics, working knowledge of relay ladder logic, PLC troubleshooting and programming, CNC troubleshooting and programming.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills for diagnosis of AC and DC drives and motors, servo motors and drives, stepper motors and drives as well the related encoders, pulse tachometers and resolvers.
