Responsibilities
• Demonstrate the Core Values of ___________in daily actions, execution of tasks and

• Ensure safe and orderly operations are maintained at all times.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards outlined in spec sheets.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials such as foam, colorant, boxes, bags, etc., and
communicate any shortages in advance.
• Validate the accuracy of products produced for Dropship orders to guarantee customers receive
the correct items, on-time.
• Oversee all production areas, focusing on key metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and
output.
• Monitor work orders to verify the accuracy of finished goods being produced.
• Coordinate with schedulers to understand demand for trade partners and Dropship orders,
ensuring products are ready for loading at the scheduled time.
• Lead/Participate in daily huddles with other functional areas and production personnel to outline
daily and weekly expectations.
• Communicate company goals, policies, and updates to production teams.
• Collaborate with all aspects of manufacturing to support meeting labor standards, maintaining
quality, and adhering to manufacturing specifications.
• Lead, co-lead, and actively participate in continuous improvement projects throughout the plant,
from planning to execution.
• Support Operations team in shared goals and initiatives.
