salary: $37,500 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Use hand tools and soldering irons to assemble and solder electronic components onto circuit boards (through-hole & surface mount).
  
  
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure quality and accuracy.
  
  
• Inspect completed boards for soldering quality and rework as needed.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  
  
• Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  
  
• Adhere to company safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years soldering experience required – with a willingness to learn and great attention to detail.
  
  
• Comfortable working with small parts and tools.
  
  
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  
  
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
  
  
• Previous electronics, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required).
  
  
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
