Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) Manager
We are seeking an experienced QC Manager to ensure our products meet consistent quality standards across production and supply chains. This role involves developing and implementing QC systems, monitoring manufacturing processes, and leading quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation (e.g., SOPs, manuals).
- Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to verify product and material compliance.
- Supervise and train QC staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and industry regulations.
- Manage non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and collaborate with production/R&D to implement solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure material quality and adherence to vendor standards.
- Report quality metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QC within consumer packaged goods (laundry or household cleaning products preferred).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
