We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Clerk with office experience to join our team. This role combines general warehouse responsibilities with administrative duties to support smooth operations and inventory management. A current resume is required to apply.

Responsibilities

Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and ensure all back-up
documentation is attached to each packet.
 Sort all papers alphabetically and according to customer, content, dates, etc.
 Create or update virtual and physical records with new files and information
 Store all physical paperwork in designated locations securing the important documents
 Enter all documents electronically (either by data entry or by using scanner)
 Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
 Monitor inventory of files, paper clips etc. and report shortages
