Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Quality Control Technicians.
- Implement, maintain, and enforce quality assurance and food safety programs.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and evaluations of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
- Perform testing and quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, logs, and quality records.
- Ensure facility compliance with regulatory bodies such as the FDA, USDA, and HACCP standards.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
- 2–5 years of quality assurance or food safety experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably food or beverage).
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly preferred.
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMPs, SQF, FDA/USDA standards).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
