Job Overview: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Assembly Line Workers on 2nd shift. In this role, you will work collaboratively with team members to assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products on a production line using hand and power tools
- Use tape measures, torque wrenches, drills, and other tools to complete tasks
- Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure proper assembly of parts
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with basic hand and power tools (tape measure, drills, torque wrenches)
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Team player with good communication skills
