- 4+ years working experience in Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse Operations
- 3+ years working experience with Forklift, pallet jacks (electric, non-electric)
- Working knowledge of QuickBase, Oracle
- Flexible within a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the whole body such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials

Responsibilities
- Load/unload standard/oversized materials to/from trucks
- Inspect products for any damages or discrepancies
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
- Complete required transactions in Oracle
- Create barcoded/non-barcoded labels to place on packages/boxes/pallets
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, rolling carts, forklifts to safely move material to stock locations
- Send inbound receipt information to recipients via email
- Route material to Bloom cross-functional teams/departments through inter-company delivery team
- Acknowledge material requests in QuickBase
- Pull material requests and perform audit to ensure 100% accuracy is maintained at all times
- Work closely with our Field Services Planning and Engineering teams to review and process field returned material in Oracle, QuickBase, Salesforce
- Consolidate material in racks, bins or lanes to maximize the usage of warehouse footprint
- Breakdown boxes/crates for recycling, sort scrap material and separate metal for reclamation value
- Troubleshoot receiving and inventory discrepancies and report findings to Department Lead/Manager
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations
- Perform monthly cycle counts
- Perform annual Physical Inventory if needed
- Maintain good housekeeping (5S) of the warehouse operations area and comply with safety requirements
