Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in CNC programming, machine operation, and quality control, with a proven ability to lead and mentor. This role requires an individual who can contribute to optimizing production efficiency, ensuring precision, and upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

salary: $55,000 - $74,880 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Creates new and edits existing programs to match print*  
• Expert at all required equipment setups*
• Ensures production schedules are met within cell
• Computer proficient in applicable programs*
• Able to call-up and recall existing programs
• Proficient in required Standard Operating Procedures for department/cell*  
• Meets quality expectations*  
• Ability to access and interpret prints
• Exceeds productivity expectations
• Proficient understanding of department specific tools and measuring equipment*
• Supports Continuous Improvement  
• Participates in department meetings effectively
• Trains department employees*  
• Technical expert/resolves equipment issues*  
• Supports department metrics  
• Proficient in scrap out procedures  
• Sustains inventory and parts replenishment systems  
• Works from Bill of Materials and prints shop papers  

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

Skills

CNC (10 years of experience is required)

CNC Programming

CAD/CAM Proficiency

Multi-Axis Machining (5 years of experience is preferred)

Tooling Expertise (6 years of experience is preferred)

Advanced Setup and Operations (5 years of experience is preferred)
