Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced warehouse? We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a true warehouse position, offering a variety of tasks beyond just operating a forklift.
What You'll Do:
- Handle a wide range of warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, shipping products via UPS, and managing incoming deliveries.
- Manage important documentation by reading and signing Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Ensure product quality by inspecting, re-boxing, and re-strapping pallets and returns.
- Safely operate a forklift (after initial training) and perform other tasks on the dock. This role is active and requires you to be mobile throughout your shift.
We believe in a safety-first culture. For the first 2-4 weeks, you will be focused on training and mastering all of the core warehouse tasks listed above before you begin forklift training. This is not a role where you will be sitting, standing, or on a forklift for an entire 8-hour shift—it's a hands-on, active position with a variety of responsibilities.
If you are a motivated team player ready to take on a diverse and engaging role, we encourage you to apply.
